Some bad news
i have just gotten off the phone with the supplier of the T-shirts. They are backed up from the holiday period and will be unable to supply the shirts in time. SEXCO has decided to cancel the shirts for the event.
SADWEEK has begun
Welcome everyone to SADWEEK, the offical week of SADLAN! With only days till the big event, SEXCO is working frantically to ensure SADLAN 4 is the greatest SADLAN ever!

Here is the final design for the SADLAN 4 Tshirts. All shirts will be black this year.

If you would like to order please use the order form . Cost is $25 pre pay only and will be avaliable for pick up at SADLAN
Payments must be made by 4th January 2010, to ensure shirts will be ready on time.
Less then a month away! + T-shirt info
We now have less then a month before SADLAN 4. Things are starting to fall into place. Venue and tables have been confirmed, the website is now readable and we are getting an idea of who is comming
It's the business end for the SEXCO members, we need to confirm numbers for table and networking arangments as well as accomodation. If you name isnt on the confirmed list (on the top right of the page), then we don't know if your comming. Please fill in this form to confirm your spot for SADLAN 4.
in other news, I will be organising T-shirt orders very soon. I will place the final design and order form on here soon. Price of the shirts will be $25. This will need to be organised and paid for by the end of the year at the latest.
SADLAN 4 Dates
SADLAN 4: Redemption will be held from 15-17th January 2010. This date was chosen with people who will be attending in mind. If there are any problems please contact SEXCO
The LAN will run from Friday 15th January, starting mid afternoon. Some interstate visitors will be arriving before then, so they can help with the setup. We will try to be set up and networked around dinner time, so we can have some gaming on the first night. The LAN will conclude on Sunday 17th January, at some time after lunch. If you can't make the full time that is fine, just let us know so we have an idea for numbers throughout the event.
